The American Anthropological Association has a Statement on Race and a Statement on the connection between Race and intelligence.
The Magenta Foundation has organized Crosspoint Anti-racism, a collection of web pages for Human Rights, anti-racism, refugee issues, women's rights, and other combats other forms of discrimination. The web page are organized by country.
PBS has Race - the Power of an Illusion, a site with readings.
The Southern Poverty Law Center is an organization that combats hate and intolerance. Their tolerance.org is a new endeavor that brings together current issues. Another organizatoin is The Center for the Healing of Racism, which is located in Houston.
The United Nations hosted a World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia, and Related Intolerance in Durham, South Africa, August/September 200 - see the official web page for the gathering. There was much debate on the issues involved with the conference, for instance, the New York Times on March 4, 2001.
For a wealth of information on local activities and readings on cultural diversity, please see the web page for Anthropology Professor Jay Sokolovsky's Exploring Cross-Cultural Diversity taught at USF St.Pete. Another course page I can recommend is a Sociology of Race and Ethnicity course taught by Michael Kearl at Trinity College.

Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture has resources and virtual exhibits. Closer to Sarasota, the University of South Florida has an Institute on Black Life.
